The Gozney Roccbox Portable Pizza Oven is a commercial-grade, compact outdoor cooking system engineered to bake authentic, restaurant-quality pizzas in any environment. Reaching operational temperatures up to 950°F (510°C), this stone-floor oven utilizes intense radiant heat to fully cook a standard Neapolitan-style pizza in 60 seconds. The chassis features a durable matte black high-temperature finish and is equipped with a premium thick stone baking floor designed for rapid heat recovery between consecutive baking cycles.

Built with a low-profile, portable architecture, the Roccbox features retractable stabilizing legs and an integrated carrying strap system, making it easy to transport for tailgating, camping, or backyard countertop use. The oven is configured with a high-output liquid petroleum gas (LPG) burner right out of the box, offering precise flame adjustment via an integrated control dial. Additionally, its dual-fuel capability allows users to detach the gas burner and swap it for an optional wood-fired burner attachment (sold separately) to achieve traditional wood-smoke profiling.
